fetch_live_data

Fetch live data for one scenario from the twin's data source and write it into the twin's default parameter set. The data source is set with update_twin. The twin needs a time unit and an epoch, and the scenario needs a step. Each timestep is requested as a dated period. Values someone entered by hand are kept unless overwrite_manual is true. Computed properties are never written, and missing data clears nothing. All written values form one undo step. Returns the outcome and counts of received, written and skipped values.
